For lunch or dinner, you can go for our popular Chef’s menu. Want to choose your own dish? Our à la carte menu gives you plenty of options. End on a sweet note with a dessert or try one of our new coffee varieties.
Business guests can enjoy our Business Lunch: in just 40 minutes, you get amuse-bouches, fresh bread, a starter and a main course. The menu changes every two weeks to keep things interesting.

A complete experience
When creating our menu, we let ourselves be guided as much as possible by the rhythm of nature and the richness of our surroundings. Our kitchen works closely with local farmers, growers, fishers and artisan producers. This way, we create dishes that are not only fresh and sustainable but also reflect the character of the region.
This menu is served with a generous selection of amuse-bouches and bread.

The menu offers plenty of options for both a light or extensive lunch. The variety of cold and warmdishes, also perfect for sharing, lets you mix and match for a delicious lunch. Of course, you can also choose our 2- to 5-course Chef’s menu or 2- to 5-course Chef’s Vegetarian Menu.
Pressed for time? Try our Business Lunch: in just 40 minutes, you’ll be served amuse-bouches, bread with butter, a starter, and a main course. This menu changes every two weeks.
Dinner
The menu offers something for everyone: bites to enjoy with drinks, a selection of cold and hot small plates—all perfect for sharing—and a variety of delicious main courses. You’ll find several classics on our menu, guest favorites from the past five years like carpaccio, steak tartare, and tournedos.Finish your meal with a dessert or one of our new coffee creations.
Choose from à la carte or opt for our popular Chef’s Menu with three to six courses—vegetarian options available too.
Kids are more than welcome at Bakboord!
At Restaurant Bakboord, we don’t just roll out the red carpet for grown-up foodies – our smallest guests get the VIP treatment too! We know kids have their own tastes (sometimes very specific ones!), and we’re more than happy to whip up something just right for them.
Got little eaters who don’t spot a favorite dish on the menu? No worries. Just let us know – we’ll gladly create a tasty plate just for them. Maybe a juicy piece of meat, some fresh veggies, and crispy fries? All freshly prepared, just the way you’re used to from us.
