LUNCH & DINNER MENU

The menu offers something for everyone, from quick bites to an elaborate culinary experience, with both light and more refined dishes for any occasion.

For both lunch and dinner, you can choose our popular Chef’s menu. If you prefer to make your own selection, our extensive à la carte menu offers plenty of options, including classics like Carpaccio, Tournedos, and a delicious Sole. Finish off with a dessert or one of our new coffee variations.

For our business guests, the Business Lunch is perfect: in 40 minutes, you will enjoy amuse-bouches, bread, a starter, and a main course, with the menu changing every two weeks.

Lunch

The menu offers many options for a small or extensive lunch. The bites and the cold and warm dishes that can also be shared, offer many options to combine for a delicious lunch. Of course you can also choose the 2-5 course Chefs menu or the 2-5 course Chefs Vega Menu

For those with limited time, we offer the Business Lunch. In just 40 minutes, we serve various amuse-bouches, bread with butter, a starter, and a main course. This menu changes every two weeks.

Dinner

The menu offers many options for everyone. Bites, for an aperitif, cold and warm entrees that can all be shared and various delicious main courses. The menu again contains a number of classics; runners from the past 5 years such as Carpaccio, Tournedos and Zeetong. You can end all this with one of the desserts and/or one of our new coffee varieties.

Choose from the à la carte menu or opt for the popular Chef’s Menu with a choice of 3 – 7 courses. We also offer a 2 – 5 course Chef’s Vegetarian Menu.

Senior Menu

With portions that can also be shared, our senior guests can decide how much they want to eat. They can choose from cold starters and warm intermediate courses, which can also be enjoyed as a main course. These dishes can be complemented with a potato dish, warm vegetables, and/or a salad. This way, guests can determine the size of their portion themselves.

Allergies

We can accommodate allergies or intolerances related to meat, poultry, fish, shellfish, gluten (limited), lactose (limited), pregnancy, vegetarian (not vegan), and certain ingredients, provided they are communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to the menu on the day of your reservation. Other dietary preferences, allergies, or restrictions cannot be accommodated in our dishes.
