New team in the kitchen
May 12th 2021Lars Bertelsen has been directly involved since October 2019 as Executive Chef of Senses restaurant (Amsterdam) and Brasserie Bakboord. Since 1 March, the team has been reinforced with Chef Chen Droog, sous chef Jordi Wijtsma (former Senses restaurant) and Stefan Gasman as sous chef. In addition, the team is supplemented with 5 more cooks and 2 dishwashers.
